The Wedge is this Saturday!

Arrgh… (Sorry, that was a left over “Arrgh” from my pirate post last Monday. I had to use it. It was about to expire.) Ahem… Anyway, this Saturday, October 3rd, is The Wedge, a celebration of Northwest artisan cheese and cheesemakers. If you didn’t already know it, we make some mighty fine cheese here in the Pacific Northwest. In fact, a blue cheese from Rogue River was judged the Best Cheese in North America this spring! The Wedge is taking place this Saturday at the Green Dragon Bistro & Brewpub in SE  Portland (928 SE 9th Ave).  There will be demonstrations, guest speakers, and of course lots and lots of tastings. Space is limited so you should definitely preregister if you want to take part. It should be a great time!

In fact, if you really want to make a full-day of it and round out your Pacific Northwest food experience, then you join us for one of our Epicurean Excursions either before or after taking in the Wedge.  It’s guaranteed to be a great date for that foodie in your life.
